Effective March 1, 2026
What We Collect
- Account info: Email address and hashed password when you register.
- Profile info: Height and projected velocity, if you choose to provide them for physical projections.
- Pitch data: Trackman CSV files or report images you upload for grading.
- Payment info: Processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How We Use It
- Generate your pitch grading reports.
- Maintain your account and report history.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Improve our grading models (aggregated, de-identified data only).
Data Storage & Retention
Uploaded files are processed and then deleted. Generated reports are stored in your account for as long as your account is active. Share links you create remain active unless you revoke them.
Third-Party Services
- Stripe: Payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel: Frontend hosting.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Email info@stockyardbaseball.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a JWT token stored in localStorage for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
