Terms of Service
Effective March 1, 2026
1. Service Description
Stockyard Reports ("the Service") provides pitch grading and analysis reports for baseball players. Users upload Trackman CSV data, report images, or report PDFs, and the Service returns Tstuff+ pitch grades with visual reports and PDF downloads.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
3. Payments & Refunds
Reports and subscriptions are purchased through Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice. Subscription plans renew automatically each month. You may cancel anytime through your dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at info@stockyardbaseball.com.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process your data solely to generate reports. Uploaded files are deleted after processing. Generated reports are stored in your account and accessible via share links you create.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the scoring models, redistribute reports commercially without permission, upload malicious files, or abuse the Service in any way that degrades it for other users.
6. Disclaimers
Grades are statistical estimates based on machine learning models trained on MLB data. They are not guarantees of player performance or professional scouting evaluations. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
